How do Open Play visits work?

Each child membership includes up to 16 Open Play visits per month. Visits reset monthly and unused visits do not roll over.

The 16-visit limit applies to Open Play only.

Toddler Time and Sensory Play are included with membership and do not count toward Open Play visits. Enrichment Classes, Community Events, and Member-Only Events also do not count toward the 16-visit limit.

There is no daily visit cap; however, all visits are subject to availability and capacity limits.

How are Open Play sessions structured?

Open Play is booked in two-hour sessions, followed by a one-hour clean and reset period.

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but all visits end at the scheduled session time.

Reservations are strongly encouraged to secure your spot.

Do classes and events require reservations?

Enrichment Classes and Community Events require advance reservations and are subject to availability.

How do sibling discounts work?

Memberships are purchased per child. The first child is billed at the full membership rate, and additional siblings receive the listed sibling discount.

Each enrolled child receives their own membership benefits, visit allotment, and guest pass.

Can memberships be shared?

Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared between children or families. Misuse of membership benefits may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Guests must have a parent or guardian present and complete required waivers. Guest passes reset monthly and do not accumulate.

The play area, party room, and classroom are shoe-free spaces.

Grip socks are required for children. Regular socks are required for adults.
